Aadhaar-PAN: The Union government has mandated the Aadhaar link with the PAN card. From July 1, Pan-Aadhar integration is mandatory. The Center has notified the amendments made to the Income Tax Rules. Accordingly, a 12 digit Aadhaar number must be submitted at the time of application of the pan. The Union Government has decided to make Aadhar-Pan connect with the next day.
